Minimum 5 years' workshop experience post apprenticeship completion
A Certificate III or higher in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology
Strong diagnostic and repair skills
Proven ability to support workshop operations and lead by example
Experience mentoring apprentices and junior technicians
Solid organisational and problem-solving skills
Passionate about customer service and quality workmanship
Unrestricted driver's licence
Available Monday to Friday and alternate Saturday mornings

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Perform servicing, repairs and maintenance
Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle faults
Support the Store Manager with day-to-day workshop operations
Act as the Store Manager in their absence, ensuring smooth workshop operations and continuity of customer service
Assist with job allocation and workshop efficiency
Mentor and support apprentices and junior staff
Ensure high-quality workmanship and accurate documentation
Assist customers and front-of-house when required
Maintain tools, equipment and safety standards
Contribute to workshop productivity and performance targets
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
Annual salary between $80,000 and $100,000, plus performance-based monthly incentives
