Job Description
Southern NSW Local Health District in Goulburn is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Hospital in the Home program to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in the home setting.
You will work autonomously with support from a collaborative multidisciplinary team to monitor treatment plans and promote patient independence and recovery.
The role requires current AHPRA registration, solid communication skills, and a valid driver's licence.
