Delaware North Australia & Recent Zealand is seeking experienced Sommeliers to join our team for the Melbourne Cup Carnival at the Victoria Racing Club (VRC), delivering world-class wine experiences in premium hospitality environments.
You will need superb palate, guest focus and the ability to pair wines with high-end dining.
You will work across exclusive dining rooms, members' areas, private suites and corporate hospitality venues, with opportunities for ongoing work across Delaware North venues
