Job Description
We are looking for Pool Lifeguards with a positive, hardworking attitude.
We are currently hiring for the ********* summer season.
Casual employment will be from October **** to 31 March ****.
As a Stonnington Pool Lifeguard at the Harold Holt Swim Centre and Prahran Aquatic Centre, you will provide a secure, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for the community.
Candidates must be available to work a variety of shifts across weekends, evenings and early mornings.
In this role you will:
Provide effective supervision of aquatic facilities to ensure the safety of all facility users
Remain vigilant, focused, and responsive at all times
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to educate,



enforce rules, and respond to incidents as needed
The hourly rate is $***** per hour (includes casual loading) plus 12% superannuation.
What you'll need to succeed in this role:
Current Pool Lifeguard qualification
Current Provide First Aid (HLTAID011) certificate
Current Employee Working with Children Check
Essential requirements:
Pool Lifeguard Award
Level 2 / Senior Provide First Aid
Current Provide/Perform CPR
Working with Children / Working with Vulnerable People Check
