Job Description
Monash Health in Oakleigh is seeking a Team Manager for Community Adult Mental Health to provide clinical, organisational and operational oversight to the Continuing Care Team and Mobile Support & Treatment Service based at Atherton Rd Centre.

The role focuses on stakeholder engagement, workforce development and delivery of recovery‐oriented care within a multi‐disciplinary team, with opportunities for internal secondments and collaboration with key disciplines supporting mental health care.
