The Role

Join Bega Group's Customer Support team in Docklands and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Service Officer, you'll build strong relationships, manage enquiries and orders, and collaborate with colleagues across the business to ensure seamless service. Responsibilities

Provide warm, responsive customer support across phone and email channels
n
Process customer orders accurately and within required timeframes
n
Manage shared inbox enquiries, ensuring timely resolution and follow-through
n
Resolve delivery issues and coordinate positive customer outcomes
n
Partner with internal teams to continuously enhance the customer experience
n

About you

Strong communication skills with a collaborative approach
n
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
n
Comfortable working independently while contributing to team success
n
Experience with Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is advantageous
n

About the Role
n
The Customer Service Officer role is a full-time role, Monday - Friday 8-4pm.
n
Tasks may include but not be limited to;
n
n
Processing Customer Orders received via various platforms
n
Work with Demand and Warehouse teams to ensure stock availability
n
Investigate and process customer returns, credits and changes
n
Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and Facebook
n
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
n
n
About You
n
n
Previous experience in customer service, sales support, administration or order processing.
n
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
n
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
n
The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
n
Sound problem-solving skills and good judgement.
n
Confidence working with both customers and operational teams.
n
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
n
A willingness to learn new systems and processes.
n
