Are you an experienced Early Childhood Teacher looking for a role where you can take greater ownership of curriculum, programming and educational practice?

anzuk Education is working confidentially with an established early learning service in South-West Sydney seeking an experienced ECT to join its leadership team.
n
This is a hands-on position combining leadership within the preschool programme with broader Educational Leader responsibilities across the service.
n
You'll have dedicated non-contact time each week to focus on educational leadership, alongside flexibility around working hours and the potential for set shifts and earlier finishes.

About you
n




We're looking for an experienced Early Childhood Teacher who can confidently lead practice while building positive relationships with children, families and educators.
n
You'll need:
n
n
Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education
n
Current NESA accreditation
n
Ideally at least two years' Room Leader experience
n
Educational Leader experience would be highly regarded
n
Strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS
n
Confidence mentoring and supporting educators
n
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
n

Please note that Graduate Diploma qualifications aren't being considered for this particular position.
