Due to internal promotion a great opportunity has arisen within the client services team within this Award winning growing Mid-tier CBD based Public Practice tojoin a friendly team where you will help manage ASIC & Client document management within a supportive team.

Key day to day responsibilities:
n
n
Providing administrative support to the team & clients.
n
Draft engagement letters & other client correspondence.
n
Client onboarding, offboarding and maintaining client databases.
n
Liaise with the ATO to organise lodgement deferrals, & payments
n
Establish new company & trusts
n
Managing ASIC and corporate secretarial requirements
n
Maintaining client company registers and internal documents
n
Coordinate appointments with clients
n
n

Skills & experience to be successful:

Experienceasan Administrator or Client Services Coordinator in a Public Practice qualified services environment
n
Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills
n
ExcellentMicrosoft Office skills
n
