As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring guest rooms and public areas are cleaned to the highest standard, well-presented, and ready on time. You will work as part of a friendly, professional team and take pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming environment for all guests. Key responsibilities

Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and public areas to brand standards.

Make beds, change linen, and replenish amenities.
n
Follow hygiene, safety, and infection control procedures at all times.
n
Report maintenance issues, lost property, or room discrepancies promptly.
n
Ensure cleaning supplies and trolleys are well-stocked and maintained.
n
Work efficiently to meet daily room quotas and check-in schedules.
n
Assist guests professionally if approached during your shift.
n
Uphold Quest's brand standards for presentation and service at all times.

About you
n
Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is a must.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Availability to work across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays as required.
