Job Description
Unisys in Canberra is seeking a Senior Field Engineer to install, diagnose, maintain and service End User Productivity and Service Desk equipment at client sites.
n
The role requires NV1 security clearance, strong IT support experience with KPIs, and excellent written and verbal communication, with a focus on customer service.
n
You will provide on-site and remote Level 2/3 support, work with partners, and ensure skilled, high-quality service.
