Project Manager – High-End Residential Inner West, Sydney Monday–Friday | 7:30am–4:00pm A reputable Custom Home builder is looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of 4–6 high-end custom homes across Sydney's Inner West. You'll manage projects from pre-construction through to handover, with responsibility across commercial performance, programme and overall delivery. Predominantly office-based with regular site visits, you'll work closely with Site Managers while leading a small team of Junior Estimators and Contracts Administrators. The role sits within a friendly, close-knit custom home builder where you'll have genuine autonomy over your projects and team.

THE ROLE n
n
Manage budgets, procurement, contracts and construction programmes
n
Coordinate projects through pre-construction and into delivery
n
Lead and develop Junior Estimators and Contracts Administrators
n
Work closely with Site Managers throughout construction
n
Liaise with clients, architects, consultants and subcontractors
n
Monitor project costs, programme, quality and profitability
n
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE n
n
Proven Project Management experience within high-end residential
n
Custom home building experience is essential
n
Estimating or Contracts Administration background highly regarded
n
Solid commercial and residential construction knowledge
n
Experience managing multiple projects concurrently
n
Confident working autonomously and leading a small team
n
