Lead Catering Excellence in a Prestigious School Environment

Location: Peppermint Grove, WA
n Salary:$104,500 per annum, based on a 52-week annual salary
n Roster: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm, during school terms only

As Site Manager, you'll lead catering operations across the boarding school and retail outlets within this prestigious all-girls college. You'll inspire and develop a high-performing team, drive service excellence and ensure consistently high standards across the operation.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Lead day-to-day catering operations, including rosters and functions
n
Ensure catering services meet contract, quality and customer requirements
n
Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and compliance
n
Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team
n
Build strong relationships with students, boarders, staff and key stakeholders
n
Identify opportunities to improve service,



operations and customer experience

About You
n
n
Trade Qualification in Commercial Cookery and current Food Safety Supervisor certification
n
Proven hospitality or catering management experience, ideally within education or boarding
n
Strong experience planning and delivering high-end functions, banquets and exceptional food and service experiences
n
Demonstrated ability to lead, develop and motivate a high-performing team
n
Strong operational, organisational and problem-solving skills, with excellent stakeholder management and communication
n
A passion for delivering exceptional food, service and customer experiences
n
