The Opportunity

Our Women Up Front Trainee Bus Driver Program provides the support, training, and confidence you need to become a licensed and skilled bus driver. This includes:

Extensive induction training combining classroom learning and on‐road experience to obtain your Heavy Rigid (HR) Licence
n
Obtaining a nationally recognised qualification: Certificate III in Driving Operations (Bus)
n
Industry-leading pay throughout your training journey
n
A dedicated buddy and support network to guide your development
n
Opportunities to be based across our east depots (Doncaster East, Heatherton & Keysborough) connecting local communities throughout Melbourne's eastern and south‐eastern suburbs

We're After People With
n
n
Excellent customer service skills and who enjoy working with people
n
Hold a current Australian car driver's licence (full licence held for minimum of 2 years)
n
Have full Australian work rights (Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident)
n
Are willing to undertake a pre‐employment functional assessment and drug and alcohol screening
n
Are willing to obtain a Driver Accreditation (CPV) and Working With Children Check
n
