As a Customer Service Agent (CSA) for The Coles Group, you’ll drive our vans to deliver customer orders to homes, navigate local streets, and ensure orders are packed to the highest standard for on-time delivery.

You’ll need a current full or provisional Australian driver’s licence, a secure driving record, and the stamina to lift groceries. Adaptable schedule across store trading days, including mornings, evenings and weekends, are typical.
