NRMA Parks & Resorts is seeking a Digital Performance Manager - Search on a 12-month Maternity Leave Contract to lead the search strategy across SEO, SEM and emerging AI-led discovery for our portfolio of holiday parks and resorts.This role isn't a hands-on SEO specialist; you will translate data and insights into actionable recommendations, manage agency partners, and shape the roadmap to increase visibility, bookings and revenue.
