We'll also consider applicants from related technical and trade backgrounds, and provide full training and ongoing development to get you up to speed.

hands‐on work and is willing to learnAbout YouYou'll thrive in this role if you:Have pool servicing experience — or a technical/trade background and a genuine willingness to learnEnjoy working outdoors and interacting with customersHold a current driver's licenceAre reliable, self‐motivated, and able to work independentlyCommunicate clearly and professionallyAre practical, adaptable, and a confident problem‐solverEnjoy working both solo and as part of a supportive teamWhat You'll Be DoingEvery day is different, but you'll be responsible for:Servicing residential and commercial pools and spasTesting water and balancing chemicals (full training provided)Maintaining, installing, and troubleshooting equipment including pumps, filters, chlorinators, and automation systemsManaging your service vehicle and stock levelsPreparing quotes and following up with customersSupporting service sales and customer solutionsWhat We OfferAt Swimart, we invest in your success:Competitive salary of $70,000 – $75,000 (pro rata for part‐time hours), plus super and incentives — with experienced technicians rewarded at the top of the rangePart‐time hours (2–3 days/week, 9am–5pm) with flexible rostering for genuine work‐life balance.
