Join an established agency as a Performance Marketing Executive, working across a portfolio of well-known consumer brands and gaining hands-on experience across the major performance media platforms.You'll work alongside experienced performance specialists who will help you strengthen your technical skills, understand how different channels work together and develop your knowledge of performance strategy, measurement and client management.This is a hands-on role where you'll be involved across the full campaign lifecycle, from setup and activation through to optimisation, reporting and insights.What You'll Be DoingCampaign Activation & ManagementBuild, launch and manage campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social and ProgrammaticSupport campaign setup across targeting, audiences, budgets, bidding and creative implementationMonitor campaign pacing, delivery, budgets and performance against agreed KPIsComplete regular campaign checks to ensure accuracy, tracking and smooth deliveryOptimisation & PerformanceAnalyse campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve resultsOptimise bids, budgets, keywords, audiences, placements and creative based on performanceSupport testing across creative, audiences, bidding strategies and campaign structuresWork with senior team members to troubleshoot performance challenges and implement improvementsReporting & InsightsPrepare regular performance reports across paid media channelsTrack campaign performance against KPIs, budgets and client objectivesTurn campaign data into clear insights and actionable recommendationsDevelop your understanding of measurement,
