You will play a key role in improving cash outcomes, reducing overdue debt and enhancing customer experience through structured and proactive account management.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support a team managing customer accounts, billing queries and collections activityMonitor and manage aged debt,
ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of outstanding balancesDrive cash collection performance through proactive customer engagement and structured follow-upSupport complex customer issues and escalations relating to accounts and paymentsSet and track performance targets including collection outcomes, activity levels and service KPIsProduce reporting and insights to support forecasting, performance tracking and decision-makingWork closely with internal stakeholders across Finance, Operations and Customer teamsContribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy and customer outcomesCoach and develop team members to improve capability and performanceAbout YouExperience in customer accounts, collections, accounts receivable or similar operational finance environmentPrevious experience in a leadership or senior team support roleStrong understanding of debtor management and customer account processesAbility to analyse data and drive performance improvementsConfident communicator with strong stakeholder management skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentIntermediate Excel and reporting capabilityFull working Rights - No remote or Hybrid role
