Boning, Slicing & SlaughteringMaintaining high hygiene standards throughout all processesThe ability to work in a physical, fast-paced environmentAbility to work in a diverse team with varying backgrounds, knowledge,



and experienceReliable and disciplinedA professional work attitudeHigh attendance rate is requiredHigh level of Knife sharpening SkillsSkill level associated with Certificate III or equivalent in meat processingKnowledge of Food Safety and Hygiene requirements will be an added advantageAustralian Citizen/ Permanent Resident / Full Working Rights in Australia are essential.Ability to pass Alcohol & Drug testing.Q-Fever vaccinated or willing to receive the vaccination.Qualifications & ExperienceA minimum of 5 years' experience in the meat industry with strong attention to detail.Demonstrated experience in training according to needs and bottlenecksTasks & ResponsibilitiesSupervising a team that strips down carcassesDevelop, plan and provide workplace training and refresher trainingExtensive practical knowledge of policies and proceduresPerform tasks as delegated by the Production Manager.Be responsible for training of staff in boning of lamb cuts to Aus meat/ customer specificationsTo monitor daily through put of product being produced and identifyTo be able to engage with staff on through put to increase daily production.
