Your contribution will be vital in establishing Tarneit as a leading swim school within the community.What You'll Be DoingSupporting the leadership of a team of swim instructors and customer service staff, fostering a positive, inclusive, and high‐performing team environmentAssisting in the coordination and delivery of high‐quality swim lessons across all age groups, from infants through to adultsOverseeing daily operations to ensure the facility runs efficiently, safely, and to a consistently high standardBuilding strong relationships with team members,



families, and the local communitySupporting the growth and success of the swim school through continuous improvement initiativesEnsuring compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations and Bright Waves standardsWhat We're Looking ForPrevious experience in a supervisory or leadership role, ideally within aquatics, fitness, or a customer‐focused environmentStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, guide, and support a teamExcellent communication and customer service skills, with a genuine passion for creating great experiencesWell‐organised with the ability to manage priorities in a quick‐paced environmentA passion for swimming and water safetySwim teaching qualifications (or willingness to obtain), along with a current Working with Children Check and First Aid certificationRelevant qualifications in sport, recreation, or a related field (desirable but not essential)What We OfferAt Bright Waves Swim School, we're committed to creating a supportive, inclusive, and high‐performing workplace.
