The role involves independent reviews of disputed workers compensation decisions under NSW legislation, with a focus on fairness, evidence-based outcomes and regulatory compliance.You will collaborate with claims teams, legal stakeholders, injured workers and employers, delivering transparent, well-reasoned outcomes within statutory timeframes.
