Mantra South Bank in Brisbane city is seeking a dedicated Commis Chef to learn from our senior chefs, bring your passion for food, and contribute to our team delivering high-quality dishes in a rapid-paced workplace.

This role requires recognised culinary training, a commercial cookery certificate, and flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays. You'll gain hands-on experience, HACCP knowledge, and prospects across Accor's global network.
