Be responsible for leading Food & Beverage operations while supporting Housekeeping and Night Concierge functions.
The role offers a diverse mix of people leadership, rostering, training, guest service and operational management within a premium conference and accommodation environment.THE POSITIONOversee your team and lead from the front to demonstrate exceptional service standardsEnsure that boardrooms are set-up correctly and within a timely fashion for all meetings and oversee Boardroom and Café operationsPeople leadership, guest service,
