An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Payroll Coordinator.
n
Working as part of a collaborative payroll team, you'll be responsible for delivering end-to-end outsourced payroll services. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership of their work and is confident managing payroll processes from start to finish.
n
You'll be responsible for:
n
n
Managing end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time
n
Supporting the onboarding of new payroll clients and employees
n
Setting up new employees, including TFN, superannuation and employment details
n
Maintaining employee leave records and preparing payroll reports
n
Preparing and lodging payroll tax, IAS and superannuation
n
Managing WorkCover requirements where required
n
Assisting with month-end and year-end payroll reporting
n
Managing terminations, redundancies, LSL and other payroll-related processes
n
Responding to payroll queries and providing a high level of client service
n
Working closely with internal teams and clients to resolve payroll issues
n

About you:
n




We're looking for an experienced payroll professional who brings:
n
n
Strong experience processing end-to-end payroll
n
Sound knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, including STP, superannuation and payroll tax
n
Experience managing multiple payrolls or working across multiple entities/clients
n
Exposure to terminations, redundancies, Workers Compensation, LSL and EOFY reporting
n
Confident communication skills and a client-focused approach
n
The ability to manage competing deadlines and work autonomously
n
A collaborative approach and willingness to support the wider team
n
