The Role
n

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. A typical day will involve:
n
Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
n
Processing quotations and orders for customers
n
Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients

Providing a skilled and friendly relationship with customers
n
Following up on customer enquiries and quotes
n
Greeting customers when they enter the store
n
This role involves a rotating weekend roster.

Skills and Experience
n
n
Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role
n
Have a good team work ethic
n




Excellent verbal and written communication skills
n
Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment
n
Problem solving skills and high level of attention to detail
n
Intermediate mathematics skills
n
Interior Design experience is desired but not essential
n
