Job Description
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you'll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our finance function. This is a hands-on junior position, making it ideal for someone with some administration or entry-level finance experience who is keen to develop their skills and grow within the role.

Key responsibilities
n
Managing supplier emails and processing invoices into our accounting systems
n
Managing the accounts payable inbox and responding to supplier queries
n
Assisting with month-end processes
n
Supporting the Finance Manager and wider finance team with day-to-day accounting administration
n
Working collaboratively with the team to identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
n
Performing general administrative duties as required to support the smooth running of the finance function
n

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Good data entry and administration skills
n
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
n
The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced workplace
n
Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing with suppliers and team members
n
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
n
A proactive,
team-focused approach and a willingness to contribute to continuous improvement
n
Previous experience in accounts administration, accounts payable or a junior finance role will be highly regarded
