SELECTION CRITERIA
n
The successful candidate(s) will have the following:
n

A minimum of 3 years' hospitality experience in a similar venue and in similar roles
n
A hands-on approach
n
A passion for all things food and beverage
n
A willingness to go the extra mile to provide exceptional guest experiences
n
A thirst to further develop knowledge and skills with our food and beverage program
n
A friendly and outgoing, can-do attitude
n
A keen eye for detail and a robust work ethic
n
An excellent ability to plan, organise, and prioritise.
n
The ability to take direction and also work autonomously
n
Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays, as required
n
