Job Description
TLC Hallam Medical Centre is seeking a passionate Practice Nurse to join our dedicated team on a fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. This part time role offers 43 hours per fortnight and ends September **** with four weeks' notice on completion.

You will work with GPs and the broader healthcare team to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care, supporting chronic disease management, preventative health initiatives and comprehensive nursing services in a busy general practice setting.
