About the Role
n
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Delivery Assistant to join our Zeekr dealership team. This role is responsible for delivering a premium handover experience to customers, ensuring each vehicle delivery is smooth, informative and aligned with the brand's high standards.

Key Responsibilities
n
Working days are Wednesday - Sunday
n
Coordinate and conduct vehicle handovers with customers ensuring a seamless and positive delivery experience
n
Provide detailed walkthroughs of vehicle features, technology and functionality
n




Ensure all delivery documentation is accurately completed, signed and processed
n
Verify customer details and compliance requirements prior to handover
n
Prepare vehicles for delivery, ensuring they meet presentation and quality standards
n
Liaise with sales, service and administration teams to ensure readiness of vehicles and paperwork
n
Address customer questions and provide post-delivery support where required
n
Maintain accurate records of deliveries and completed documentation
n
Skills & Experience
n
Strong customer service and communication skills
n
High attention to detail, particularly with documentation and compliance
n
Ability to explain technical features in a transparent and engaging way
n
Well-organised with strong time management skills
n
Previous experience in automotive, retail,or customer-facing roles is preferred
n
Full valid drivers license
n
