About the Role:
n
You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality drinks and service while managing the bar independently during service periods.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing and serving cocktails, wine, beer, and coffee to a high standard
n
Running the bar independently during service
n
Maintaining a clean,
organised, and well-stocked bar
n
Completing stocktakes and managing inventory
n
n
About You:
n
n
Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced venue
n
Confident making cocktails, coffee, and all standard bar beverages
n
Able to work independently and take ownership of the bar
n
Strong attention to detail and organisation
n
Reliable, punctual, and professional
n
RSA required
n
