Electomech Limited is a leading manufacturer, wholesaler and retails for a wide range of products in Fiji and the Pacific is seeking to recruit a performance driven, customer oriented individual for the above position.

Responsibilities

Facilitate communication and information flow between customers, sale, shipping, and management.
n
Interact with customers and resolve customer service problems.
n
Respond to customer inquires via telephone, fax, email.
n
Process the requirement documentation.
n
Main records of shipment, orders, and export activities.
n
Communicate with clients and suppliers regarding shipment status and updates.
n
Check and verify cargo details (quantity, weight, labeling, packaging).
n
Process export orders and ensure timely dispatch.
n
Update systems and reports related to exports and logistics.
n
Resolve shipment issues such as delays, missing documents, or customs problems.
n
Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
n

Requirements
n
n
1-2 years of experience will be added to advantage.
n
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
n
Proven ability to lead quality improvement initiatives.
n
Solid willingness to learn and follow instructions.
n
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
n
Basic understanding of numbers and documentation.
