The Role
n
As a Commercial Maintenance Plumber, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality plumbing maintenance services while building strong relationships with our valued clients.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
Preventative and reactive plumbing maintenance
n
Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs
n
Backflow prevention and TMV servicing
n
General plumbing maintenance across commercial sites
n
Providing exceptional customer service to clients
n
Completing work safely, efficiently and to a high standard
n
Maintaining accurate job records and documentation
n
n
About You
n
n
Experience in commercial plumbing maintenance
n
Strong knowledge of plumbing standards, regulations and safe work practices
n
Excellent problem-solving and fault-finding skills
n
A customer-focused attitude and skilled approach
n
The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
n
Strong communication and time management skills
n
n
Mandatory Qualifications
n
n
Current Queensland Plumbing Licence
n
Construction White Card
n
Current C Class Driver's Licence
n
Backflow & TMV Endorsements
n
n
