About The Role
About The Role
Sports & Spinal is seeking an experienced
Women's Health / Pelvic Health Physiotherapist
to join our
Sunshine Coast team
with a total of ******hours a week available across multiple clinics. This role is ideal for a clinician who is confident in women's and pelvic health, values high-quality, patient-centred care, and is looking for flexible hours within a supportive and well-established allied health environment. You'll Work Closely With a Multidisciplinary Team Of Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Occupational Therapists, Podiatrists, And Dietitians, Managing a Caseload Focused On
Pelvic health and pelvic floor dysfunction
Pregnancy and postnatal care
Women's musculoskeletal conditions
Education, prevention, and long-term wellbeing

Your total remuneration package will reflect your experience, capabilities, and the contribution you make, packages starting from $80,000 and scaling up to $120,000+. Plus, we offer performance-based bonuses and commission, so your earning potential grows with your results!
Key Responsibilities
Deliver evidence-based Women's Health and Pelvic Health Physiotherapy services
Conduct thorough assessments and treatments, including internal pelvic floor assessments (with consent)
Support patients to improve movement, function, and quality of life
Manage patient journeys and outcomes using best-practice clinical reasoning
Promote patient health, education, and long-term self-management strategies
Collaborate with the wider multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care
What You'll Bring
Bachelor or Masters of Physiotherapy
Full General AHPRA Registration
Postgraduate training and experience in Women's / Pelvic Health Physiotherapy
Confidence with internal pelvic floor assessments
Commitment to high-quality, patient-centred care
Solid communication and teamwork skills
Professional insurances and willingness to undergo a Police Check
