Leading the ER nursing team and ensuring the smooth running of the ER department
n Rostering and managing leave applications for your team.
n Attending regular team leader meetings and actively working towards the development of the clinic and the ER nursing team
n Assisting with training and development of the team and other teams within the hospital
n Senior nursing of referral and emergency patients, including high-dependency cases Proven leadership experience in a team workplace.
n Roster organisation and leave management will be beneficial.
n Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
n Ability to motivate and engage team members.




n Have at least 3 years' experience working as a veterinary nurse.
n Hold a Diploma in Veterinary Nursing or Bachelor of Veterinary Technology degree (overseas equivalent preferable but negotiable) or relevant experience
