Drive a diverse range of Metricon construction projects around
Tweed Heads and surrounding suburbs
, with a focus on quality and attention to detail. You will be responsible for managing and independently running the operations of a busy site, dedicated to delivering defect-free results, ensuring that trades meet quality, timelines and OH&S; objective.

Use your demonstrated Site Management acumen to help build our customers' dream homes in this vibrant region.
Responsibilities n
n
Be the primary point of contact for clients during the build stage of the project and be responsible for the overall execution and quality finish of homes
n
Managing the overall site performance of our home construction process
n
Partner with your Construction Manager and go through each of your jobs on your Clickhomes and be supportive to you
n
Maximising site production by ensuring sub contract trade availability
n
Scheduling and meeting trades on site
n
Proactively resolving build issues, liaising with your customers
n
Continuously reviewing building practices and procedures
n
Ensuring compliance with and delivery of established cost management and project management practices
n
Fostering a positive and focused culture where customer service and teamwork is paramount
n
Ensure build qualities are to the highest standard; and
n
Hand over your customer's keys and settlement pack. No better feeling.

Requirements n
n
MUST HAVE experience as a Site Manager with the residential building industry
n
Must have experience in doing frame write ups and know how to schedule materials and trades hitting site
n
Solid knowledge of residential construction processes, regulations, and compliance requirements
n
Demonstrated project management and organisational skills
n
Solid understanding of OH&S; regulations and quality assurance systems
n
The ability to build trusted relationships with trades, suppliers, and stakeholders
n
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
n
Experience managing client expectations and resolving issues professionally
n
Knowledge of new home contracts and construction documentation
n
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality outcomes; and
n
A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to meet deadlines.
