Reporting directly to the Senior Growth Manager, you will be responsible for the day‐to‐day management of a residential investment portfolio, delivering a high level of service to property owners and tenants.Your responsibilities will include:End-to-end management of a residential property portfolioBuilding strong relationships with landlords, investors and tenantsManaging lease renewals, rent reviews and tenancy mattersCoordinating maintenance and liaising with trades and contractorsManaging arrears and ensuring matters are followed through promptlyConducting and coordinating routine inspections as requiredPreparing entry and exit documentationHandling tenancy disputes and QCAT matters when requiredEnsuring properties remain compliant with relevant legislationProviding proactive updates and advice to property ownersWorking closely with the wider team to ensure a seamless client experience16th September,

You will ideally have:Strong experience managing a residential property portfolioCurrent QLD Real Estate RegistrationExcellent knowledge of QLD residential tenancy legislationStrong communication and relationship management skillsConfidence managing challenging tenancy situations and QCAT mattersExcellent organisation and time‐management skillsA proactive and solutions‐focused approachThe ability to work autonomously from home while remaining connected with the wider teamA current driver's licence and reliable vehicleWhy Join?
