You will work closely with experienced professionals, develop strong technical foundations, and gradually take on greater responsibility managing a diverse portfolio of clients.Key responsibilities include:Collaborate with Partners and team members to ensure client work is completed in a timely mannerTake lead in the preparation Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships and SMSFsPrepare BAS, IAS, FBT, CGT and PAYG for a variety of entitiesPrepare and deliver annual workers compensation and payroll tax reconciliationsBe coached directly by an experienced Partner with an aim to manage a diverse portfolio of clientsLiaise with various statutory authorities on behalf of clientsHelp provide an exceptional service to our clientsParticipate in training seminars, team meetings and social eventsWhat You Bring2+ years' experience in a Chartered Accounting PracticeCA qualification or currently undertaking CA studiesA Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or a related disciplineExperience with platforms such as MYOB AE, HowNow, Active Ledger, Xero, and QuickBooks, or the ability to quickly learn new systemsStrong communication, organisational, and relationship-building skillsA commitment to delivering exceptional client serviceA genuine desire to grow into a senior role within a supportive and high-performing team
