Hastings Deering is seeking an Application Advisor to join our Technology Support team at Beaudesert Road, Queensland.
This permanent, full time role runs Monday to Friday, focusing on Tier 1/2 support for Minestar, Product Link, VisionLink and related technologies.You will record and triage requests in Cherwell, maintain the CMDB, and collaborate with Caterpillar SMEs and third-party providers to diagnose root causes.
