The CareSide is seeking a Field Sales Manager to build a high-performing field sales team across Australia.
You'll focus on developing reps, improving conversion, and expanding our footprint while the marketing and inside sales teams generate inbound demand.Lead coaching, listening to calls, reviewing CRM activity, and shaping sales processes that boost performance and efficiency.
You'll hire and manage 8–10 field sales representatives across WA, SA, VIC, NSW and QLD, with travel as needed to
