Moorilla Estate Pty Ltd in Hobart, TAS, invites graduates of university winemaking programs for a fixed-term, hands-on production season at Berriedale and Coal River Valley.
You will work closely with our Winemaker and Assistant Winemaker across the full cycle of production, gaining essential vineyard-to-bottle experience.You will learn blending and fining, assist with bottling and disgorging lines, and be involved in lab work, barrel management, and maintenance.
