This is not a people management role.You'll partner with senior stakeholders and customer leadership teams to design, lead and deliver large-scale data migration programs, bringing the technical expertise and experience to turn complex data challenges into structured, practical migration strategies.What you'll be doing...Lead large-scale, multi-workstream data migration programs end-to-end across complex enterprise environmentsDefine migration strategies, architecture and delivery frameworks for SaaS ERP implementationsProvide technical leadership across migration engagements, setting direction and guiding other consultants while remaining hands-on in deliveryAct as a trusted advisor to senior customer stakeholders, providing guidance on data transformation, governance and riskConduct current-state data assessments across complex ERP and source systems and shape migration strategies and roadmapsOversee data mapping, transformation design and validation frameworks across multiple engagementsReview and guide the work of consultants and specialists to ensure quality and consistencyIdentify and manage risks, issues and dependencies across customer and internal delivery teamsLead post-migration reconciliation and sign-off processes to ensure data integrity and business readinessContribute to pre-sales engagements, including solution design,



effort estimation and proposal developmentDrive continuous improvement of migration methodologies, tools and best practicesMentor and support other consultants, contributing to capability uplift across the migration functionSignificant hands-on experience leading complex, end-to-end data migration programs within ERP environmentsDemonstrated experience operating as a senior technical specialist or individual contributor within complex implementation programsStrong experience migrating data between enterprise systems, including extraction, transformation, mapping, validation and reconciliationDeep understanding of data migration architecture, ETL design, data modelling and relational databasesAdvanced technical capability in SQL and scripting languages such as Python or PowerShellStrong technical leadership capability, with the ability to mentor and guide other consultants while remaining hands-on in deliveryDemonstrated ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders in complex delivery environmentsExperience contributing to pre-sales activities such as solution scoping, estimation and proposal developmentExcellent analytical, problem-solving and risk management skillsStrong communication skills, including the ability to present complex technical concepts to senior and executive audiencesGood understanding of data governance, privacy, security and regulatory considerations within enterprise environmentsWhy Join us?
