The successful candidate will work closely with Partners and senior lawyers, managing files end-to-end and contributing to a high-performing team.You'll work on diverse and complex matters including:Employment disputes and contractual issuesAdvisory work on Fair Work Act compliance and legislative interpretationManaging redundancy and termination strategiesRestraint of trade disputes and discrimination claimsHealth and safety investigations, prosecutions, and risk mitigationAdvising on enterprise agreements and industrial relations mattersThis is a fantastic opportunity to work on sophisticated files with nationally significant clients, while developing your leadership, mentoring junior lawyers, and driving client relationships.Key RequirementsMinimum 5 years PAE in workplace relations and/or safety lawProven experience in both advisory and litigious employment mattersConfident in managing files autonomously from instruction to resolutionStrong client relationship skills with a commercial mindsetExperience supervising and mentoring junior team membersPassion for employment and safety law and a drive to grow your practiceAdditional informationSenior Level Position - Salary Range commensurate to 5 + PAE LevelWork with nationally recognised Partners & blue-chip clientsHigh-quality mix of advisory, disputes, and safety matters
