Fitness Cartel is hiring a Personal Training Manager in Australia to lead and grow our PT team across world-class clubs.
You'll recruit, mentor, and manage trainers while driving revenue and club performance.Deliver Cert III & IV in Fitness through AIPT, oversee schedules, lead HIIT classes, ensure safety, and maintain service standards.
You'll also run the in-club 8-Week Challenge and participate in management reporting.
