Cook / ChefPreparing and cooking nutritious and high-quality meals for residentsFollowing menus, recipes and dietary requirementsPreparing meals that cater to special dietary needs, allergies and texture-modified dietsEnsuring meals are prepared and served on timeMaintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanlinessFollowing infection control and workplace health and safety proceduresManaging food preparation areas and kitchen equipmentAssisting with stock rotation and monitoring food suppliesMinimising food waste and maintaining appropriate portion sizesWorking collaboratively with kitchen and facility staffCreating a positive dining experience for residents
