Astellas in Sydney, NSW, seeks a Commercial Co‑lead for our medical specialties division. This full time role leads local brand strategy, teams and a hybrid work model with some office presence from our head office in Sydney.

You will own the brand P&L;, deliver revenue and profitability targets, and drive cross-functional alignment across Marketing, Sales, Medical, Market Access, Regulatory and Finance to maximise patient access and outcomes.
