We help customers deliver critical infrastructure projects across Australia, from data centres and industrial facilities to mining, energy, utilities and commercial developments.We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales & Customer Success Representative to join our Brisbane-based National Internal Sales team.
This is an existing role within a broader national team, with a robust focus on supporting local, state-based customers.This is a role for someone who genuinely enjoys helping customers, solving problems and turning enquiries into practical outcomes.
You'll be a trusted first point of contact for customers, supporting them with product advice, order updates, delivery coordination and solutions that strengthen their experience with B&R.We;'re looking for someone with the customer service capability, curiosity and follow-through to think beyond the immediate task, build trust and help deliver great outcomes for both customers and the business.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the first point of contact for general enquiries, product advice, order status updates and customer feedbackHelp customers identify the right solutions by supporting product selection and providing practical adviceManage customer expectations throughout the order process, including lead times, updates and changesCoordinate with internal teams to achieve delivery outcomes that support both the customer and the businessBe part of the National Internal Sales team while staying closely connected to local customers and their service expectationsAbout YouTo be successful in this role,
