Working within Line 2 Risk, you will provide independent oversight and challenge across Consumer and Enterprise Operations, helping the business make informed decisions and strengthen risk management outcomes.About QBEReporting to the Head of Risk Challenge, Consumer and Enterprise Operations, you will partner with stakeholders across the business to provide risk oversight, challenge, and insights across a diverse portfolio.
This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to major transformation programs, regulatory initiatives, and enterprise-wide projects while building relationships with senior leaders and gaining valuable exposure to how risk is managed across a large and complex organisation.Key responsibilities include:Provide independent Line 2 risk oversight and challenge to support effective risk management and decision makingReview and challenge risk assessments, RCSAs, incidents, issues, and action plans to drive stronger risk outcomesSupport the risk oversight of strategic projects,
transformation initiatives, and major business change programsAnalyse risk data, trends, and emerging issues to develop meaningful insights, reporting, and executive dashboardsPrepare high-quality reporting and briefing materials for senior leadership, committees, and Board forumsPartner with stakeholders across the business to strengthen governance, risk culture, and risk management capabilityAbout YouYou are a curious and commercially minded professional who enjoys understanding how organisations operate and solving complex business challenges.
