Your day-to-day
Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person at the trade counterSupport customers with product advice, pricing, and quotesLiaise with suppliers to arrange deliveries or coordinate stock for collectionComplete data entry, invoicing, and administrative tasksMaintain accurate records and assist with reports and team meetingsCollaborate with the wider sales team to ensure smooth operations and satisfied customers
What you'll bring




Experience in a customer service or trade support role (ideally within the building industry)Confident communicator with solid phone and email etiquetteProficient with Microsoft Office (SAP experience a bonus)Accurate and efficient with data entry and quotingHealth & Safety focused with a proactive, can-do attitudeEnjoys solving problems and going the extra mile for customers
