ENProviding high-quality clinical care and support to residentsAssisting with medication administration under the direction of an RNMonitoring residents' health and reporting changes in conditionAssisting residents with personal care and daily activitiesSupporting meal consumption and monitoring nutrition and hydrationMaintaining accurate and timely documentationFollowing infection prevention and control proceduresWorking collaboratively with RNs, carers, allied health professionals and other members of the care teamProviding person-centred care in accordance with aged care standardsSupporting residents and their families with compassion and respect
