As a Data Analyst within our IT & AI Enablement team in Corporate Services, you'll turn enterprise data into trusted insights and help build the AI-ready foundation that supports better decisions across TechnologyOne.
You'll improve data quality and consistency, establish common enterprise measures, and deliver reliable dashboards, reports and practical business insights for our internal teams.Working across our TechnologyOne platform, ERP, CRM, service management and other core systems, you'll partner with Data Engineering and stakeholders from Finance and HR through to Sales and Delivery.
This broad exposure will allow you to translate complex information into meaningful outcomes while helping shape how trusted data, intelligent technology and AI strengthen processes and the employee experience.What you'll be doing...Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into practical dashboards, reports and insightsIdentify and help remediate duplicate, incomplete, conflicting or poorly governed data across core enterprise systemsCreate and maintain clear, engaging data visualisations that support confident business decision makingAnalyse large datasets, identify trends and provide clear, actionable recommendationsWork with Data Engineering to ensure data pipelines are accurate, reliable and fit for purposeHelp define common enterprise measures and advocate for robust data integrity and governanceComplete quality checks to ensure reporting and data deliverables meet expected standardsContinually improve data systems, processes and ways of working while meeting policy,



compliance and WHS requirementsA relevant qualification in data science, computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experienceProven experience capturing, integrating and analysing large datasets to deliver business intelligence outcomesStrong knowledge of BI concepts and tools such as Power BI or TableauAdvanced SQL and Python skillsAn understanding of enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM or service management platforms, including security and compliance considerationsThe ability to identify trends and risks in data and translate analysis into practical business recommendationsStrong stakeholder engagement, communication and organisational skills, with experience across cloud and data platforms such as Azure, AWS, Data Cloud, Databricks or QuickSight highly regardedWhy Join us?
